    We must thank GoI for reinvigorating the entire process of establishing a Medical College at Balangir in Odisha. WODC and State Govt. should have completed the project by this time, but for lack of political will of the ruling party.

    very good news. Though it is late, but if set up the medical college and hospital will serve the neglected districts of Balangir, Nuapada, Boudh, Phulbani etc..
    Hope this is not a political play for 2014 election.
