  THIS CONDITION IS ALSO IN BURLA HOSPITAL , WHAT TO SAY ABOUT OTHER DISTRICT HEAD QUARTER/PHC HOSPITALS. THE REASON BEHIND THIS IS FAULT OF GOVERNMENT. AGAINST EVERY MEDICAL STUDENT NEAR ABOUT 13/14 LAKHS GOVT MONEY INCURRED EXPENDITURE , WHICH CAN BE ADJUSTED ONLY IF GOVT MADE RULE TO PASS OUT STUDENT TO GIVE THEIR SERVICE IN REMOTE AREAS. FURTHRE IN COSTAL BELT THERE IS MORE ATTRACTION FOR DOCTORS LIKE CUTTACK/BHUBANESWAR . THEY DO NOT LIKE TO STAY IN WESTERN ODISHA.AS SUCH ALL DOCTORS PASSING OUT FROM BURLA VSS MEDICAL COLLEGE SHOULD BE TAKEN UNDERTAKING SO THAT ALL STUDENTS IRRESPECTIVE OF AREAS SHOULD BE APPOINTED ONLY IN WESTERN ODISHA ,AS VSS MEDICAL COLLEGE BELONG TO THIS TERRITORY.THIS CAN SOLVE SHORTAGE OF DOCTORS IN DEOGARH LIKE OTHER AREAS.
