PADAMPUR IS PROVERTY STRIKEN,DROUGHT IS REGULARLY AFFECTS THIS BLOCK,THERE IS NO SOURCE OF INCOME EXCEPT AGRICULTURE . IN THIS CONTEXT WELL TRAINNER AGRICULTUR EXPERT SHOULD BE DEPUTED FROM CENTRAL/STATE GOVERNMENT TO TRAIN HOW TO CULTIVATE IN LOW RAIN AND WHAT SHOULD BE CULTIVATED . INSTEAD OF TRADITIIONAL CROPS THERE SHOULD BE MEDICINES/OIL PRODUCTS SEEDS LIKE MUSTARD/GROUND NUTS/CEREALS/FISHES/CHICKEN/COWS FOR OMFED MILK PRODUCTION ETC. WHICH CAN BE SUPPORT TO AGRICULTURE AND DAY TO DAY INCOME FOR LOW MIDDLED CLASS FARMERS.FOR THIS GOVERNMENT /NGO/AGRICULTURE BASED COMPANIES SHOULD BE INVITED TO INVESTIGATE AND FINANCE FARMERS TO CULTIVATE. TO CHECK DADAN NAREGA ETC SHOULD BE 100% UTILISED ATLEAST TO PROVIDE FOOD FOR WORK DIGGING PONDS,MAKING ROADS,SOCIAL FORESTRY,PLANTATION ETC.
