    Dear Sanjib,
All the best for weekly Koshal horizon. The informations given is quite essential for all of us to knwo about our mother tongue. For inclusion in 8th schedule is M.Ps of our region consulted ?No,doubt it is their duty.Really who will do it will be worshipped. It is the beginning of us to laid foundation on the flow of koshal movement. The language of a regioin is the main factor of its identity. For separate koshal state koshli/samballpuri language as official language is quite essential.Intilectuals of this region should take this as a task and try all at their best level to achieve the goal.Thank U.
