President’s secretariat helpline

Here is the link to President’s secretariat helpline: http://helpline.rb.nic.in/. I am told that this will assign you a case ID by which you can check the online status of your case time to time. At the same time, if your case is good, then you are likely to receive an acknowledgment about the acceptance of your case from the President’s office.

Thanks to Prashant K Sahoo for this information.

There is no point in wasting public money on the individuals working in President Secretariat if they are bribed by the concerned Ministries and just tell the citizens some illogical reply. Better to close and if the Hon’ble President of India wants to run for the the poor people in the name of President of India, it may be ok.
